Allows the creation of a new character on the server where the World Pass was purchased.This used to be usable by up to 5 people within 5 days, however, a recent patch seems to have changed the behavior of the World Pass. It is supposedly now a one-shot deal.Price varies according to how many characters are created on the server at the time of purchase.
