Active Job Abilities

NameLevelCharge TimeDurationEffect
Mighty Strikes12:00:000:00:45Every hit is a critical
Provoke050:00:30InstantGoads an enemy into attacking you.
Beserk150:05:000:03:00Enhances attacks but weakens defense.
Defender250:03:000:03:00Enhances defense but weakens attacks.
Warcry350:05:000:00:30Enhances attacks of party members within area of effect.
Aggressor450:05:000:03:00Enhances accuracy but impairs evasion.

Mighty Strikes is in the above average category for 2hrs. It can certainly win fights but it requires a little more foresight into a bad situation, because it's not doing all the damage in one shot.
Provoke is the reason warrior exists. This indispensible ability taunts the enemy into attacking you instead of, say, the whm, blm, or most especially, the rng (o.-). See also: Hate. Most jobs that sub warrior do it to gain this ability.
Berserk is often used just before a weaponskill. When tanking, it's best to use it, weaponskill, and then manually cancel it out of your icon row so that you don't take excessive damage.
Warcry can really help out the party if used right before the party's main skillchain.
Defender, like all job abilities, generates a little bit of extra hate, and is usually activated as often as the timer allows.
