Thunder Spirit Pact is dropped by the following BCNM 20.

Thunder Spirit Pact

Elemental spirits are capable of casting magic based on the element of the spirit. I have not personally experimented with my spirits much, but each spirit appears to have a list of spells it can cast and usually in a specific order. Your spirit can only cast these spells when you reach the level that a mage could cast it.

Thunder Spirit casts Enfeebling Magic, and Elemental Magic. Below is a list of spells this spirit is known to cast.

Spell	Level	Description
Shock	16	Deals lightning damage that lowers an enemy's mind and gradually reduces its HP.
Thunder	21	Deals lightning damage to an enemy.
