Rare Ex, All races, lvl 30.
You can start wearing this at lvl 30, but the properties improve with higher levels...
Absolutely, hands down, this is the best ring a Smn, Blm, Rdm, or Whm could ever hope to have. Maybe for bards too, but I'm not sure.This post originally made by Naria, sidenote from Coz: the -3 enmity on this ring is amazing at lower levels.
