This little fellow is a Tonberry Persuer lottery pop on the second level of the Temple of Uggalepih. Competition for this NM is usually pretty fierce since he is said to drop the much coveted Thief's Knife. However, the drop rate on this dagger is abysmal and no one is really certain how much +1 to Treasure Hunter really improves the job trait.

Some people have claimed to have completed 70 or 100+ kills and never seen the knife drop.
