Client	Summary
Perih Vashal (K-7, Windurst Woods)	Track down Semih Lafihna who has gone to check out matters at the Ranguemont Pass, and hand her a twinstone earring.

When you get to Ranguemont pass don't bother to scan for Semih, she's not there. Talk to Penchond (F-10) before you go through the stone door. He's all dreamy eyed about some dirt he saw one day a while back. Go through the stone door and head to the NW corner (E-5) of Ranguemont. Kill Evil Weapons there (they're lvl 36ish) until you get a glittering sand drop. Trade this to Perchond.

Head to Jugner Forest and talk to Alexius (I-6), he's by the lake in the north. This arms dealer points you toward the southern tip of the lake, where you can find a ??? on a tree. This particular ??? only appears at night during a full moon. Tag it for a cutscene with cute mithras.

Talk to Perih again in Windy woods to recieve your reward, which you will put into storage and never touch again.

I have yet to experiment and determine if this bow has some obscure advantage like super long range. Even if it did it would still probably be crap. Might make a neat pulling weapon if the range was double that of the usual bows. I will edit this later after I remember to test it.

Note: I have tested it. It's total crap. The range is the same.
