Talk to Arnau in the cathedral.

Head out to Geshelba Outpost, head west into the second open area and find a hut around G-9. The door to this hut will give you the option to enter a BCNM. You can bring in 6 party members, and it's an uncapped BCNM. Inside you face 3 orcs. I have no idea what they do because I solo'd this as a 75 rng and killed each in a single bolt, with a clear time of 35 seconds. I'm certain it can be soloed as early as lvl 30, if not earlier. Might be fun to try with a party of 6 lvl 8s or something, though.

Anyway after that, talk to a gate guard and after getting rank 2, talk to Arnau again for a final CS.
