LEVEL 3:
Dig timer is 0 (40 seconds after zone)

LEVEL 4:
Dig timer is 0 (35 seconds after zone)

LEVEL 5:
Wait time per dig 0(30 seconds after zone)

LEVEL 6:
Dig timer is 0 (25 seconds after zone)

LEVEL 7:
Dig timer is 0 (20 seconds after zone)

LEVEL 8:
Dig timer is 0 (15 seconds after zone)

LEVEL 9:
Dig timer is 0 (10 seconds after zone)

There is some debate about how leveling this "skill" works. But who knows. It's estimated to take ~10,000 stacks of greens in order to get from level 1 to "A10" (area wait 10 seconds).
