The npc is located at (H-9), you'll get another cutscene
Answering incorrectly will mean a 00:00 game day wait for another chance
Trade your Sutlac with the npc
The next cutscene is at (I-10) in Caedarva Mire. Find the ??? there for your last cutscene
Return to Naja for your promotion
