Path of the Bard

Client	Summary
	Bki Tbujhja (Merry Minstral Meadhouse, Lower Jeuno) You have taken the first step. The path of the bard lies before you.

• Speak with Bki Tbujhja (H-8) in the Merry Minstrel Meadhouse of Lower Jeuno. She will tell you about another Song Rune in the Valkurm Dunes.
• Before heading out, it would be wise to sub (or main) Black Mage or bring a scroll of instant warp so that you can return to Jeuno instantly after completeing the quest.
• Grab a chocobo, outpost warp, or teleport in order to get to the Valkurm Dunes.
• At the northwest corner of the Valkurm Dunes map will be a secret cave (northwest of Whitebone Sands). Pass through this cave and you will end up at a deserted beach. This beach has been nicknamed the "Secret Beach".
• At location (C-6), you'll find a Song Rune.
• Examine the Song Rune for a short cutscene.
• You will receive a monetary reward.
• Congratulations, you can now play as a Bard!
