Where?: Labyrinth of Onzozo - in the Northern area in a room filled with Toramas, goblins, and two manticores. This is the standard exping area so if you come here to level you're likely to see him. Make an alliance if you want to tackle him below level 67.

Drops:

Ose whiskers (~30K at Jeuno AH, listed under alchemy materials)
Assault Jerkin (lvl 67 rare/ex armor, Drg's love it!)

We smacked him down easily with a mostly-70+ LS team on sept 20th. Got Ruriko le famed Jerkin de Assault.

Note: 75 Rdm + 75 Blm can duo him quite easily with tier 4 / sleep combination.
