Client	Summary
	Zweeha (Arrapago Reef) (H-10) The seas around Arrapago Reef cannot be navigated without a hydrogauge, and it is your job to find one. Shops from the Kingdom of Ephramad all had one, but that was long ago...

In order to trigger this quest, you must first be a Lv.50 COR and have completed the COR AF1 quest: Equipped for All Occasions.
NOTE: As with almost every other AF quest, once you activate it, you can switch to another job in order to finish it.
With COR as your main job, visit the crew of the Seagull Phratrie in Arrapago Reef (H-10).
Corsair's should be very familiar with this location now—it the same ??? on the same wrecked boat where you got your COR AF1 Weapon quest and the initial COR Job quest.
Upon examining the ???, you will receive a cutscene.
In the cutscene, they will tell you that they need a Hydrogauge.
After this cutscene,you will be able to fish up the Hydrogauge.
The Hydrogauge can be fished up using a Composite Rod and a Sinking Minnow or Sabiki Rig; however, I was able to use Lu Shang's Fishing Rod—not sure how important the "correct" fishing rod actually is.
You can fish up a Hydrogauge in the following locations: Nashmau, the Al Zahbi ports (i.e. Ephramad), or the Silver Sea route to Nasmau (i.e. boat).
I was able to fish up the Hydrogauge at the Ephramad Port on my very first cast.
Once you've obtained the Hydrogauge, head to Nashmau.
In Nashmau, head to Leleroon, the Corsair Die-selling Qiqirn at (G-7).
Trade Leleroon the Hygrogauge and listen to his Jar Jar Binks impression.
Next, head to the Leypoint in Wajaom Woodlands (J-8); if you have a charge left on your Olduum Ring, this is the fastest way to get there.
Once at the Leypoint, trade the Hydrogauge to it.
Now, you must wait for JP midnight (yay)!
After a new, real-life day has dawned (0:00 JST), return to the Leypoint in Wajaom Woodlands and attempt to retrieve your Hydrogauge.
After a cutscene, return to the ??? on the Seagull Phratrie in Arrapago Reef.
You will receieve your Corsair's Culotte and the quest is over!
