This little fellow can be spawned by trading 1 woozyshroom, 1 danceshroom, and 1 sleepshroom to a ??? at the same time. The ??? is found in Carpenter's Landing in the caves near the Eastern Jugner Forest entrance. The ??? respawns every 15 minutes on top of the mushroom you see in the background of the image.
