Client	Summary
	Gerbaum (Work Area, Bastok Mines) (F-8) Rid the Zeruhn Mines of a few monsters to keep them off the miner's backs. Bring three pinches of Zeruhn soot to Gerbaum as proof of your success.

Talk to Gerbaum (F-8) near the entrance to the Zeruhn Mines (D-7, Bastok Mines).
Kill the Tunnel Worms, Ding Bats, Mouse Bats, Jelly, and River Crabs inside the Zeruhn Mines to obtain three pinches of Zeruhn Soot.
This may also be purchased from the Auction House.
Trade three pinches of soot to Gerbaum for your reward.
P.S. You do not need to zone in order to repeat this quest.
