Lure of the Wildcat (San d'Oria)

This appears to be a TAU pre-quest, get it done before the expansion is released!

• There are 4 of these quests, one in each city.
  
• For this one, you need to talk to 20 NPCs in San d'Oria, 5 in each zone.
  
• I've been told that if you cancel their talking partway, you'll have to talk to them again, but I didn't test it. The order doesn't matter.
  

• Deraquien, G-8, guard by the entrance to Watchdog Alley.
• Authere, J-9, kid under a tree just E of the AH.
• Rouva, I-8, Spice Gals quest giver, old elvaan woman under a tree.
• Femitte, I-8, right next to Rouva.
• Daggao*, K-5, galka inside the Lion Springs Tavern.

• Bertenont, E-4, elvaan by the railing just N of the Royal Armoury.
• Anilla, J-8, elvaan in the Parade Ground, next to Matildie.
• Maloquedil, J-8, elvaan by a tree in the NE of the Parade Ground.
• Phairupegiont, H-8, elvaan in the NW corner of the Parade Ground.
• Giaunne, I-9, just W of the fountain in the Parade Ground.

• Halver, I-9, you shouldn't have to ask who this is.
• Curilla, I-9, paladin in the Temple Knights Quarters.
• Chalvatot, F-7, the royal gardener.
• Perfaumand, H-7, Trion's room guard.
• Rahal, H-9, warrior in the Royal Knights Quarters

• Pomilla, H-8, elvaan west of the fishing brothers, looking at them.
• Rugiette, J-8, in Regine's Magicmart.
• Cherlodeau, H-8, older elvaan near the circling kids.
• Parcarin, H-10, elfvaan, on top of the AH.
• Perdiouvilet, G-7, first guy on the right when you enter the Rusty Anchor Pub.
