Lure of the Wildcat (Bastok)

This appears to be a TAU pre-quest, get it done before the expansion is released!

• There are 4 of these quests, one in each city.
  
• For this one, you need to talk to 20 NPCs in Bastok, 5 in each zone.
  
• I've been told that if you cancel their talking partway, you'll have to talk to them again, but I didn't test it. The order doesn't matter.

• Goraow, I-6, Quadav helm quest galka.
• Echo Hawk, I-7, downstairs in a dead end alley.
• Deidogg, H-6
• Vaghron, H-9

• Pavel, E-11, a muskateer, next to the I.M. dude.
• Horatius, I-9, inside a house or shop.
• Arawn*, J-10, one of the little kids.
• Harmodios, K-10, inside his house.

• Manilam, G-7, on the um… North? side, by the elevator.
• Invincible Shield, G-8, Balissta NPC, outside of Cid's shop.
• Raibaht, G-8, Cid's assistant.
• Kaela, I-8, in the middle near the consulates.
• Ayame, K-7, in the NE corner, manning a cannon. She's popular in quests.

• Kaede, J-5, Ayame's little sister, she's in her room in her house.
• Patient Wheel, F-5, behind the warehouses in the lower area.
• Paujean, F-6
• Hilda, E-6, Steaming Sheep, she's the hard to target one up top.
• Tilian, F-8
