Rahal (Royal Knights' Quarters, Chateau d'Oraguille)Rahal wants you to gather information regarding the attacks on the Royal Knights.

Talk to Rahal to begin this quest. After speaking with Rahal head to Ceraulian (started AF2) in Port San d'Oria who will ask you to find the helmet of the last dragoon.Head out to kuftal tunnel and open a coffer there for a key item which turns out to be a note challenging the royal knights instead of the last dragoons helmet. Coffer locations are:F-13,K-11,G-9,J-7,I-5,H-8. After recieving the key item head back to Rahal. Rahal will ask you to go talk to Balasiel (Pld job quest) in South San d'Oria for more information. After you are done there once again return and talk to Rahal who will ask you to go find the helmet in the Temple of Uggalepih. NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE YOUR WYVERN OUT TO POP THE QUEST NMs! Head to F-11 in Temple of Uggalepih and clear out the room. I recommend sneaking the person before they examine the ??? and pop Cleuvarion M Resoaix and Rompaulion S Citalle so you can fight one at a time. After they are both dead examine the ??? again to receive a cutscene.

Congratulations you have obtained the Drachen armet!
