Talk to Tressia Upstairs.

After the cutscene with Tressia you need to talk to 4 NPCs in no particular order: Raminey (J-7) top-floor (nearby) Zadant (H-8) middle-floor, Noam (G-9) below mog-house near fishers, and Fouagine (I-9) upstairs.

Talking to Tressia again she will ask you to put the stories in the proper order. It's fun to work this one out

Answers: 1) Fouagine, 2) Zadant, 3) Noam, 4) Raminey

You can try as much as you need to, after you get it correct she asks you to read the reports that two nearby NPCs have. After you read all four, talk to Tressia again for the second challenge.

You must tell Tressia what <pos> the 4 reports were observed from. Conveniently these are the positions of the 4 NPCs that told the stories.
