Client	Summary
Nanaa Mihgo (Cat Burglar's Lair, Windurst Woods)	Visit two of the eight active thieves gathered by the Tenshodo, and confirm the signatures of the people who originally wrote the documents in the "letter from Tenshodo."

Obtain Cat Burglar's Note:

Yatniel is located outside the Gems by Kshama shop in Lower Jeuno. He requires four Quake Grenades. These can only be created by those with high levels in Alchemy (58) and Smithing (29).

The recipie for Quake Grenades is:

Earth Crystal
Yuhtunga Sulfer x1
Bomb Ash x3
Firesand x2
Iron Ingot x2

As you can see, these are fairly big (and expensive) pain to make; especially considering the weak damage they deliver. Because these are mainly used for THF AF (??), you can purchase them from the Auction House… but they're around 4-5k a pop. Expect to pay close to 20k for these unless you have some high leveled crafting friends.
