Client	Summary
Powhatan (Steaming Sheep Restaurant, Port Bastok)	Greet Powhatan's guest at the air travel agency. Wear a Maul on your hip so he'll know who you are. Use of a Replica Maul is also possible.

Powhatan: You can't find him?
Oh, no! He must've already arrived! He's probably wandering, lost, and trying to find me!
Powhatan: Please go find him! He should still be in this district, but if he's wandered off to the Bastok Markets, ask the guards there if they've seen him!

Walk towards Bastok Markets and talk to the gaurd before the bridge (Steel Bones). Cutscene will ensue, take the letter from Domien and return to Powhatan for your reward (Targe).
