Everyone healing!!!
There's way too much to kill in here, so we had everyone come as a mage or at least /whm. Then, sneak yourself and chase the NPC, heal boming him the whole way.
He stops for a moment in a few places. At one of these places, when the mobs start to overwhem your healing capacity, have 1 person Firaga a pile of mobs and run away. You just need to drag a bunch of them off of the NPC and maybe a bit away. You die, of course, and hopefully can rr after they wander off. We did that 2-3 times.
