hmm...until this past weekend, we hadn't seen Epilates since beta. This time tho, he didn't drop his nice hands armor. Maybe next time...
Epilates spawns on the first floor of Delkfutt's Tower. A balanced party of lvl 25++ should have no problem taking him out. Taru's watch out, his stone throws can kill you in one hit at that level. ^^;
