Isacio is located on the beach of Selbina opposite the ship port.

To complete this quest, you'll need to find three items that are dropped by monsters in the Zulkheim Region. The easiest item, by far, is a apron dropped by the crabs on the beaches of Valkrum. You can take these crabs with a small (4 or more) party of level 16+.

The second item, is a worm dropped by the damseflies that roam about Valkrum. Recommended party size for this hunt is 6, and a THF with treasure hunter (level 15) abilities will keep this hunt from getting too long. Do watch out for roaming goblins, they could easily link in and decimate your whole party. Also, near the beach, an NM damsefly, Valkrum Emperor, is known to spawn, it will aggro on you if you're nearby, DO NOT attempt to kill it.

One last warning for Valkrum, the nights are deadly. Bogys are known to spawn at night, especially near the beach, so watch out...

The last, and most dreaded item is a magicked skull dropped by ghouls. In Valkrum, these suckers only spawn near oasises and only between the hours of 19:00 and 4:00. Even with a high level THF, this drop will take some time for a full party of level 18s.

An alternative to camping Valkrum evenings, is to take an alliance down to Gusgen Mines (entered through the Highlands). Here, Ghouls spawn 24/7. However, unless you've got a few people who are level 20+, a careful and organized alliance is highly recommended. Bandersnatches and Ghouls go hand in hand, as well as the effects of paralyze and disease. Camp the tunnels and have someone lure a Ghoul one by one. The first floor of Gusgen is a big loop, so don't worry too much about getting lost. A map for Gusgen can be won by completing the "A Foreman's Best Friend" quest in Port Bastok.
