After accepting the mission from gate guards....
Talk to Apururu in the Maunastery (Woods).
Next enter Heaven's Tower for a cutscene, and proceed to talk to the Star Sybil.
Head on back to Apururu, who will tell you to go to Boyahda Tree.
You might want to talk to Yoran-Oran(Walls) before you leave, he doesn't have a cutscene, but he does say something relevant. I'm not sure if it's required or not.

Boyahda Tree
Talk to those weird Mandrogra guard NPCs who are near the spawn for everyone's favorite star-sign-turned-crab. Now you need some Goobue Hummus, a rare/ex drop from the Elder Goobues that live on the second floor of the tree. These guys are exp monsters at lvl 70 or so. Each person will need one. Trade it to the mandy guards for a cutscene.

Note: Katsy
You will receive a temporary key item (Letter from Zonpa-Zippa) upon trading the Goobue Hummus to the Mandy NPC after the cutscene.

Head on back to Apururu, and after talking to her, finish the mission with a cutscene at the Full Moon Fountain in Toraimorai Canal.
