Client	Summary
	Femitte (Victory Square, Southern San d'Oria) (I-8) A goldsmith is needed to fill an order. Only Elvaan need apply.

To complete this quest talk to Michea in Bastok Markets (house above Weapons shop, near AH). She will ask for a mythril ingot, which you can either synth or buy from the AH. Give this Michea and she will ask you to come back in a bit. Visit her a little while later (I waited an in-game day, i.e., an hour) and she will give you a key item (Mythril Hearts) to bring back to Femitte. Bring it back and you receive the White Cape as your reward.
