Mission Orders
You are to head north to a place called Fei'Yin on the Beaucedine Glacier. Go to the President's Office for a full briefing. Naji will show you in.

Mission 11
You'll need to head to Fei-Yin in order to defeat a NM. Although the NM can be defeated by a well-balanced party of level 45s, a level 50 (recommended) party should have no problem whatsoever during this battle. To reach Fei-Yin, you'll have to travel through Rangemont Pass (in East Ronfaure) to Beaucedine Glacier. Fei-Yin is located in the northeast corner. When you reach Fei-Yin, head to K8 of the map. You'll come to a burning circle (similar to the dragon).The max number of people who may enter at one time is 6 (therefore, no alliances). There is also a level cap of 50. When you fight the NM, focus your attacks on the big skeleton and ignore the smaller ones (they're weak, but they will respawn as you eliminate them). After defeating the NM, head back to Bastok and report to the President and then head to Jeuno to report there as well.
