Strategy:

There's only one real issue here: this guy has a move called Extremely Bad Breath. EBB is a very short-range aoe (full circle) instant kill. Yea, that's right, instant-kill.
He resists stun 100% of the time, don't bother.
He gives 2 warnings "sucking in all the air around him" or something similar. After the second warning he will use either EBB or Sweet Breath (sleep).
His melee hits have added effect: weight, but it's not even 50%.
He's not very fast, and gravity sticks easily enough, even for blm/rdm. Keep him gravitied and kite him around his large arena.
Bring some long-range DDs, Rng and Blm are great for this fight. You'll want lots of RR stuff and probably a whm if it's your first time.
Smn pileup and blm pileup would make this easy fight even easier, but it's so easy that you can bring almost any team to it.
