Client	Summary
Quelveuiat (Altar of the Dawn, Tavnazia)	Your initiation into the Tavnazian order of knights requires you to assess the situation from the lookout platform in the south of Lufaise Meadows.

Quelveuiat is located @ H-10 to I-10 (he walks back and forth in front of the altar) on the middle level of Tavnazian Safehold.

Exit the safehold via the SE exit into Lufaise Meadows. Cross the bridge and go to the south coast where you will find a wooden structure @ H-10. There is a ??? on this watchtower that spawns Splinterspine Grukjuk; a named orc. He links to other orcs and is likely soloable by lvl 50s (total wuss to a 70+).

After defeating Splinterspine Grukjuk and you "assess the situation" return to Quelveuiat in Tavnazian Safehold for your reward.
