Headstone Pilgrimage {table}Mission Orders Somewhere on the island of Zepwell lie the remains of an ancient temple.{table} Ever notice how sometimes the mission/quest blurb is a good reminder of what to do and sometimes it's completely useless?\\ In this mission you need to tag 7 Cermet Headstones located all over Vav'adiel. In some ways it's similar to the Selbina clay quest. For four of these headstones, however, there's a NM fight which will require an alliance to win. {table}| __Water__|Travel through Ordelle's caves past the stroper chyme spawn to La Theine's southernmost valley floor. At the far end of that valley you'll find the headstone. __Earth__|Enter Quicksand Caves from West Altepa at J-9. Head to K-6 and drop down the hole you find there. Follow the tunnel out into West Altepa. From here hug the left wall a bit, heading mostly west till you come to a square area in H-8. Now turn south and then a bit more west, the Headstone is in the northern central part of H-9. To get out you can retrace your steps to where you exited quicksand caves, and head north from there, up a one-way ramp onto the main dunes of the desert. The Anticans in the West Altepa part con Easy Prey to a lvl 68, but don't aggro anymore. Inside the caves you'll want sneak to avoid aggro. __Ice__|Travel downstairs and go to the Cloister of Ice. The headstone is located near the Ice Protocrystal. __Thunder__|The headstone is located @ G-9, clear the area and have one person sneak up and spawn 2 weapon NMs: [Ancient Weapon] and [Legendary Weapon]. Pull one at a time and be sure to examine the headstone after defeating them. __Light__|Travel to I-7 in Sanctuary of Zi'Tah (this is off the map) and click the headstone to spawn a flesh NM: [Doomed Pilgrims]. ~~NOTE: After clearing ZM6 [Through the Quicksand Caves] you may return to this headstone and complete the quest [Soul Searching] and receive a [Bat Earring].~~ __Wind__|Cross the Cape Terrigan zone as if you were heading to fight Garuda, but instead of going left inside the cave, go right. Examining the headstone will spawn a shadow NM: [Axesarion the Wanderer]. ~~NOTE: After defeating him and obtaining your fragment you may complete the quest [Wandering Souls] by trading a Rain Lily to the headstone for the reward of a [Flagellant's Rope].~~ __Fire__|Before setting off be sure everyone has a few silent oils and prism powders, then travel through Ifrit's Cauldron. I don't remember the positions, but you will pass through at least 2 flame spouts and cross the [Ash Dragon] room. Once you emerge into Yuhtunga Jungle the headstone is nearby @ K-7.
