This is a particularly annoying AF1 for most people because you cant do it in a big alliance like most AF1's can be done, due to the fact that the Ghost has an AoE drain attack that in an alliance of 18 people will restore quite a bit of his health. So most people either wait till they are a much higher lvl (at which point the weapons is totaly useless) or they try and get some higher lvls to help with it because really the less people you have for this quest the better.
