In __Arrapago Reef__, this happens, roughly, every 5-6 hours. -- When it starts to snow, trade a __Light Crystal__ to the ???. -- After trading the crystal, choose the __second__ scene (the one where the rocks are very close together). -- Return to __Balakaf__.
