Client	Summary
Thunder Hawk (Selbina, Mayor's Residence)	Rescue two merchants from captivity. They should be somewhere in the Quadav camp in Beadeaux.

Kill De'Vyu Headhunter around I-8 in Beaudeux to obtain the Quadav Charm. Then go to I-9, towards the area that has the higher level Quadav. Walk to the edge of the cliff, fall down, and turn around. The Jail Door should be in front of you. Trade the Quadav Charm with the door to enter it. Return to Selbina and talk to Thunder Hawk.

Note that the Quadav Charm is the same item needed for Magicite Confusion (aka mission 10, the quest for Rank 5). You will lose the item as soon as you trade it to the jail door. Please be considerate to those people who are working on Rank 10.
