Client	Summary
	Elki (Bat's Lair Inn, Bastok Mines) (H-5) Elki wants you to find information regarding the identity of the eleventh Palborough Pioneer. You might be able to find some hints in the mines themselves.

After talking with Elki travel to the Palborough Mines in North Gustaberg.
Ascend to the third level of the mines and examine the old toolbox, located at position (H-7).
After you have recieved the old toolbox return to the Bastok Mines district and talk again with Elki.
He will be unsatisfied and demand that you provide him with more information. Therefore, talk to the Galka named Babenn (Mines District, J-6) on Ore Street.
Return to Elki to complete the quest and obtain your reward.
P.S. You may also talk to other Galka in the Mines District (e.g. Pavvke and Parraggoh) to get additional back story.
