Client	Summary
	Zon-Fobun Near Sororo's, Bastok Markets) (G-5) Let the magical statues in Beadeaux - the Afflictors and the Mutes - cast their curses on you to capture their spells on Zon-Fobun's cursepaper.

Talk to Zon-Fobun in front of Sororo's Scribe and Notary in Bastok Markets (G-5).
He will give you the key item: Cursepaper.
Head to Beadeaux; accessed from (L-11) in Pashhow Marshlands.
While exploring Beadeaux you will come across two different types of statues; one type is called an Afflictor and the other type is called a Mute.

Afflictor: This statue will give you the "Curse" status effect if you come within it's radius (unless you've been previously "silenced").
Mute: this statue will give you the "Silence" status effect if you touch (i.e. examine) it.

The object of this quest is to get both the Curse and the Silence status effect from the Afflictor and the Mute while you have the Cursepaper in your key item inventory.
It does not matter which order you get "cursed" or "silenced". Also, you do not need to get them both at the same time; you can get cursed/silenced, zone, and come back another time to get the other.
However, if you would like to finish the quest as quickly and easily as possible, it's more important to get cursed before you become silenced—because it not possible to get cursed by an Afflictor if you've first been silenced by a Mute.
Once you have been both cursed and silenced by the Beadeaux devices, return to Zon-Fobun for your reward.
