Strategy:
This BCNM is easily won by 2 summoners. The pugils will stay in the center of the battle field unless they manage to push you back down the path.

Run up the path until you can see the pugils. Buff, and summon Ramuh x2, use Yagudo Drink and each summoner will run in and to opposite sides of the pugils. One summoner directs Ramuh at the Sniper Pugil and the other at one of the Archer Pugils to divide hate. Both use Astral Flow + Judgment Bolt which will kill the both Archer Pugils and the Sniper Pugil will likely die from Ramuh beating on it before Blood Pact is ready for use again.

We got a Mannequin Head both times we did this BCNM.
