ClientSummary
TamiTami
(Near Residential Area, Bastok Mines) (J-8)

Hand Tami's memo to her husband, Zelman, a miner in the Zeruhn Mines.

  • First, talk to Tami (J-8) to recieve the key item: Tami's Note.
  • At this time, you may do one of two things.
    • If you would like to continuously repeat this quest for fame and 10 gil a pop, then do not examine Tami's Note in your Key Items list before talking to her husband.
    • If you would like to complete this quest (never to repeat again) and receive a Rabbit Mantle as your reward, then examine Tami's Note in your Key Items list before talking to her husband.
  • Next, find Zelman (her husband) in the Zeruhn Mines (I-8).
  • If you did not examine Tami's Note then Zelmann will thank you and you can return to Tami for your 10 gil reward.
  • If you examined Tami's Note then Zelman will ask you to get his wife a strip of Meat Jerky. A strip of meat jerky costs around 122 gil and can be purchased from the Bat's Lair Inn (Mines District, H-6). If you return this to Tami she will give you a Rabbit Mantle.
  • If you have chosen to repeat this quest, you must zone out before you are able to receive it again.
Reward: Rabbit Mantle or 10 gil
