Strategy:

Bring a job that can cast sleep and gravity (blm or rdm is fine).
Sleep the Berzerker.
Kill the Minstrel anywhich way you like, he's weaksauce. Watch out for voidsong and thornsong though. Keep sleeping the Berzerker.
Kill the Berzerker by either kiting him around a lot and taking potshots, or just sleep and burn, sleep and burn.
I would bet 3 blm can beat this, but they might need to rest for MP a bunch, not sure if time would be an issue. I got full damage on ThunderIV.
