Client	Summary
??? (Stone Monument, Riverne - Site #A01)	A mysterious figure has requested your help repairing an old bell damaged in the recent earthquakes.

The Stone Monument is located @ (C-7) and requires 2 Giant Scales to reach it (4 will be required to complete the quest).
Click the Stone Monument for a cutscene and to receive the Ornamented Scroll (Key Item). This cutscene points you to Bastok.
In Bastok Markets speak with Reinberta @ (I-8) inside the Goldsmiths' Guild. She suggests you head to San d'Oria.
Go to Northern San d'Oria and speak with Mevreauche @ (E-6) inside the Blacksmith's Guild.
Return to the Stone Monument in Riverne Site #A01 for a cutscene. After each player has seen the cutscene click the monument again to spawn a fomor NM: Arcane Phantasm. This NM is easily killed with one party. After defeating the Arcane Phantasm click the monument again for a final cutscene and your reward!
