Strategy:
Well, we wiped fairly quickly into our first attempt. The flytrap has a Phalanx-type ability and we were doing little to no damage… and whenever we did, it would quickly regenerate. The Flytrap casts Sleepga, Slowga, and can Paralyze the entire party.Your best bets are to kite the Flytrap or pummel it (keeping everybody successfully healed) until it's Phalanx wears off… then you should be able to defeat it like normal.You can easily and consistently Aspir 50 MP a cast from the Hamadryad.Party setup was: PLD, SAM, DRG, THF, BLM, WHM
