Mission Orders:
You must meet with the young Elvaan leader of the Tavnazian Patrol and have her return your amulet. You must also try to find a woman named Ulmia...

You won't find Ulmia on widescan (as I found out the hard way :P), you have to check the Dilapidated Gate at (I-11) in Misx Coast.
Get the cs and then head back to the safehold and head towards the bridge for last cs of this part.
